If I had a job right now, and was not a
student steeped in debt.. (public school debt) I would be attending the
auction for this house. A very cute Craftsman Bungalow in the Highland
Park area.
It's a super cute 2 bed 2 bath house that's been updated and decorated by pros. It's a small but respectable 1,091 sq ft building sitting on 5,600 sg ft lot. And I enjoy the coloring.
I
think the light purple works. I love the dark blue trim and the yellow
door. The brick porch could be original, or placed to be reminiscent
of the era it was built (circa: 1916).

The continuous counter top to the floor is very in right now.
Wooden counter tops over here, and that country stye porcelain sink. I used to know what they were called.
Nice amount of windows, which allow lots of light into the open floor plan.
Nice splash of color! Perhaps not everyone's favorite, but easily painted over.
I wonder if that shower is meant to not have a curtain.
This bedroom opens to the porch!
I do wish the windows were bigger..
